You have addressed the dynamics of health team and the techniques of effective communication and barriers to effective communication. As member of the health care team you should have an awareness of the basic principles of monitoring and evaluation in the health care context. In this study session you will learn about concepts of monitoring and evaluation, program components and activities of monitoring and evaluation.
