The best way to control the crowd is to start the service at the right time. This will help to minimise the length of time mothers and caregivers will have to wait for screening. You should ensure there is enough space between each of the teams providing the different services. As much as possible, arrange the services to facilitate one direction of flow of clients with clear entry and exit points.
