Knowing the scope of your activity

This requires the identification of institutions by type and number: schools (both elementary and high schools), prisons (both temporary and permanent prisons), health facilities (public and private clinics; you should leave the higher health facilities and hospitals for the district environmental health officer), public offices (e.g. farmers' training centres, government offices), religious institutions (both Christian and Islamic), mill houses, and other workplaces. You should only consider those that are present at community level.
