Introduction

In study session II you have learnt about maintaining effective health work environment through conflict resolution. In this study session you will continue to learn about maintaining an effective health work environment. The study session will focus on three key issues that will help you to achieve an effective work environment. In the first part of the session you will address method of participating in team process in your work area. In addition, in this session you will learn how to maintain a positive approach in your place. The last part of this study session will deal with the techniques of maintaining a positive attitude your work environment. The learning's you will acquire in this study session will help you to acquire the necessary knowledge, skill and the right attitude to maintain an effective health work environment through participating in team processes and maintaining a positive approach and attitude in the work place.
