In Turkey There is no National Disaster Management Office but certain line minister has their own disaster management unit.

Ethiopians Models at the apex of the structure for disaster management there is NDPPC chaired by Prime minister. Member's includes agriculture, defence MoFED, health and etc. DPPC also works as chair person. There is early warning committee from all line ministers including MoH. All these structures are also at regions and district level.
