How to read and interpret an RDT test result
The different possible results and what they mean are illustrated in Figure 7.10 and summarised in Table 7.2.

As you can see from Figure 7.10 and Table 7.2, sometimes the result can be invalid, that is, it could be incorrect.
What should you do if the test result is invalid?

Discard the RDT cassette. Open a new cassette and repeat the test using the new cassette.
