Introduction

In this study session, you are going to learn about communication in an effective immunisation program even though you have learnt the importance of communication in the health services and methods of achieving good communication in Health Education and Promotion Module. Successful immunisation program needs effective communication so that you can increase immunisation coverage rates and reduce the number of infants and mothers who drop out of the program (default) before completing all their vaccinations.
