If you come across the pregnant women with the following conditions during a home visit, you need to give attention to the following:.
  • The pregnant woman's age is below 18 years.
  • The woman is over 35 years of age, and she is pregnant for the first time.
  • Her previous delivery was by an operation.
  • Woman's height is below 150 cm, and she is pregnant for the first time.
  • Pregnancy (parity) over five birth (babies).
  • An immobility of the fetus.
  • Less than two years spacing.
When you are visiting the house of a pregnant mother, check the following items and provide pertinent advice:
  • General cleanliness.
  • Solid waste disposal.
  • Latrine availability and cleanliness.
