In study session 10 you have learnt that

  1. The health information should have essential qualities like appropriateness, quality, timeliness and quantity.
  2. Records should be accurate, accessible, and available when needed, and contain information that is useful to management. Data can be filed or documented in several ways. These are alphabetical, numerical, by subject and geographical techniques which can be used together.
  3. The report compilation can be done using the existing national or regional standard formats. The reports can be generally compiled in the following main headings. These are introduction, the achievements, outcomes, benefits and problems encountered during the implementation of the package.
