Making immunization Summary Reports

The monitoring data you have collected on your immunization programme has to be organized into a Summary Report for transmission from your health facility to your supervising facility/office. The supervising facility/office compiles data from health facilities in the district for transmission to the higher level, and eventually to your Ministry of Health. At each level the data should be analysed and used to improve the immunization programme.
