Data Access

Data access refers to a user's ability to access or retrieve data stored within the MRR system. Users who have access or credentials to the system can store, retrieve, move or manipulate stored data depending on the administrative rights assigned to their account on the system. For example, health facility staff have access to view and add data for their facility and community health workers. This level of data access also provides the user to conduct data analysis for their respective health facility.

Data access can help distinguish the abilities of administrators and users. For example, administrators may have the ability to remove, edit and add data, while general users may only have access to view the information.
