How to Edit Existing Records

Records that have been saved or already sent to the DHIS database can be easily edited. Highlight the weekly period you wish to edit from the list. On a Java enabled phone, a user needs to open the report that needs editing and follow these steps; Press Options, then Next, and Edit. Complete the record in the same process as when creating a new record. (see section I above).

For an android device, highlight and open the week that needs editing and correct the value. Thereafter, synchronize the application.
